MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I recognize that meaningful change begins within a trusting therapeutic relationship. By bringing a warm and genuine presence to each session, I strive to make my clients feel understood and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative process and primarily use an evidence-based cognitive behavioral approach while tailoring treatment to each of my client's unique needs and perspectives. My goal is to help them better understand their experiences, develop useful skills, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and aligned with their values.

Previous experience providing evidence-based interventions as a student clinician at the Psychological Services Center at Temple University
Ongoing training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
