Professional Consultation

CABT offers a range of consultation services tailored to the unique needs of the individual or organization. We provide one-time or ongoing consultation—, individual or group—delivered virtually or in-person. Services may include review of assessment materials, clinical documentation, or recorded sessions. Training content is customized to align with your specific goals and areas of interest.

6 VIRTUAL CONSULTATION SESSIONS TO DEEPEN YOUR EXPERTISE

Looking to sharpen your ERP skills and connect with fellow OCD providers? CABT’s ERP Group Consultation is designed for licensed mental health professionals who have completed foundational ERP training and want expert-led case consultation in a supportive, small-group setting.

The program includes: 

  • Six 55-minute sessions held every other week over 12 weeks

  • Limited spots to ensure a small group feel with personalized feedback

  • For licensed mental health providers

  • Access to a private google group to facilitate advanced group discussion and ongoing peer connection between sessions

Group Consultation

We regularly offer foundational group consultation for participants in our evidence-based treatment workshops (e.g., ERP, PE). For providers seeking to deepen their clinical skills, we also offer advanced group consultation focused on the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders and trauma. To foster ongoing growth, we help facilitate peer-to-peer connections among consultees, expanding both clinical insight and professional networks.

6 VIRTUAL CONSULTATION SESSIONS TO DEEPEN YOUR EXPERTISE

CABT offers small group consultation for providers who are seeking expert feedback and guidance about using Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat PTSD. Our PE/CPT Consultation Groups are designed for licensed mental health professionals who have completed some form of PE and/or CPT training and want expert-led case consultation in a supportive, small-group setting. Providers don’t need to have both PE or CPT cases, and are welcome to join with questions about both or either treatment. Our PE/CPT Consultation Groups also welcome questions about the differential diagnosis of PTSD and whether PE or CPT would be helpful for particular cases. 

The program includes: 

  • Six 55-minute sessions held every other week over 12 weeks

  • Limited spots to ensure a small group feel with personalized feedback

  • For licensed mental health providers

  • Unlicensed individuals are also able to participate, but must be practicing under a supervisor’s license (group consultation is not a substitute for supervision)

  • Access to a private google group to facilitate advanced group discussion and ongoing peer connection between sessions

Are you an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) provider looking to expand your skills to working with kids and teens? Do you work with pediatric populations more generally and want to hone your skills with ERP? CABT offers small group consultation designed for licensed mental health professionals who have completed foundational ERP training and want expert-led case consultation in a supportive, small-group setting. Our pediatric ERP group welcomes questions about adapting ERP for across developmental levels, parent work and targeting accommodation, the differential diagnosis of OCD and other pediatric disorders, and whether ERP is the best treatment for a specific patient.

The program includes: 

  • Six 55-minute sessions held every other week over 12 weeks

  • Limited spots to ensure a small group feel with personalized feedback

  • For licensed mental health providers 

  • Unlicensed individuals are also able to participate, but must be practicing under a supervisor’s license (group consultation is not a substitute for supervision)
