Bia Journey
To further support people with emetophobia, we have partnered with Bia Journey, a website and app that emetophobics can use on their own, or in conjunction with their therapist, as they work through their treatment program. Bia Journey was founded and is run by a former emetophobic.
No Panic Recovery Group
Dara Lovitz, an emetophobe in recovery and co-author of Gag Reflections, helps moderate Anna Christie’s online group for emetophobics on Facebook called Emetophobia No Panic (Recovery Group). This is a group where recovery from emetophobia is supported and encouraged by its over 6,000 members.
