SPECIALTIES
Panic Attacks
Because no two individuals experience life the same way, I view my clients as experts of their own experiences and strive to tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I use an evidence-based, cognitive behavioral framework that is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on what matters most to my clients. As a student clinician, I am committed to working closely with my licensed clinical supervisors to support each client in making meaningful progress toward their therapeutic goals.
MY APPROACH
Previous experience providing evidence-based interventions as a student clinician at the Psychological Services Center at Temple University and the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center
Previous experience assessing anxiety and mood disorders as a full-time research coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania and as a doctoral student at Temple University
Trained in traditional and third-wave cognitive behavioral approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
MY EXPERIENCE
While volunteering in college as a teaching assistant for young students, I witnessed the immense toll anxiety and mood symptoms had on student learning, motivation, and self-esteem. This experience drew me to a clinical psychology career and sparked my passion for helping individuals who experience anxiety and related symptoms. I am committed to supporting people of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges, identify what’s most important to them, and make meaningful changes to reach their goals.
