Panic Attacks
My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive-behavioral principles, with a special focus on exposure-based work for anxiety and related disorders. I believe strongly in using evidence-based practices, so the strategies I bring into sessions are grounded in research and chosen because we know they can really make a difference in reducing symptoms and improving daily life. At the same time, I know that living with anxiety is incredibly hard, and I meet clients with empathy and understanding as they take on this challenging work. I see therapy as a partnership where we work side by side to build skills, challenge avoidance, and take meaningful steps toward facing fears. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported and encouraged, while also gaining the confidence and tools they need to take their lives back from anxiety.

MY EXPERIENCE
I do this work because I find deep meaning in helping people make changes that allow them to live more fulfilling lives. I know that mental health challenges can feel incredibly isolating, and I am drawn to being a supportive and consistent presence for people during those challenging times. It is profoundly rewarding to witness clients build resilience, reclaim parts of their lives that anxiety has taken from them, and begin to feel less alone in their struggles.
